Kentucky Neonatal Nurse Practitioner Locums Job Per Diem/PRN Weekend Coverage As Needed
Seeking a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) for ongoing locums coverage beginning November 2026. Coverage is needed until the permanent position is filled.
Details/Requirements:
5-7 shifts per month
24 hour shifts/ in house call coverage needs - flexible scheduling
Level III NICU with 20 beds
Daily census: 8-10 NICU patients
NICU patients only - no well-baby coverage
Attend deliveries if requested
NICU newborn rounding
Circumcision procedures
Epic EMR
Work collaboratively with neonatology
Requirements
3+ years of neonatal experience
Active Kentucky RN & APRN licenses
NNP-BC/NCC certification
NRP certification
Master's degree or higher in Nursing
