We are seeking a dedicated Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to become part of our high-performing healthcare team in South Florida s premier provider of neonatal services. Our facility boasts a large-level IV NICU and is committed to delivering the highest quality of care to our tiniest patients, utilizing state-of-the-art technology and a comprehensive approach to neonatal health.
Job Responsibilities:- Care for neonates with a wide range of medical conditions in a Level IV NICU.
- Collaborate with a team of skilled physicians and healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care.
- Rotate across three hospitals within a 20-30 minute driving distance, ensuring flexibility and teamwork.
- Work shifts that include 24-hour, 10-hour, 12-hour, and night shifts as required.
- Maintain high standards of care in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment.
- Demonstrate a commitment to professional growth and advancement within the facility.
- Master's Degree in Nursing, Doctorate in Nursing preferred.
- Board Certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP). FNP or PNP certifications are not acceptable.
- At least 2 years of current experience as a NNP (RN experience not included).
- Strong collaborative and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a challenging healthcare environment.
- Current Florida state license or willingness to obtain.
- Current NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days), required at presentation.
- DEA certification must be obtained prior to start.
