What You ll Do

• Provide advanced neonatal care in a Level III NICU with 10 beds
• Manage high-acuity newborns requiring intensive monitoring and treatment
• Support care in a busy 20-bed newborn nursery with daily NNP coverage
• Collaborate with neonatologists and multidisciplinary teams
• Conduct comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning for neonatal patients
• Ensure quality, patient-centered care from admission to discharge
• Participate in a structured and flexible shift schedule (including 16- and 24-hour shifts)

What You Need
Required:

• Valid Nurse Practitioner license in Georgia or eligible for licensure
• Neonatal certification (preferred)
• Previous NICU or neonatal experience

Preferred:

• Strong collaborative skills
• Adaptability to a fast-paced, modern hospital environment
