Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking a Neonatologist to join a thriving and growing practice at Yakima Memorial Hospital. Practice Info

  • Located in Yakima Memorial Hospital
  • 15-bed Level III NICU serving as the regional perinatal center for Yakima County and several surrounding counties
  • Only Level III NICU within a 70-mile radius, providing indispensable support to multiple rural and critical access hospitals
  • ADC of 14-16 patients, with ongoing growth and improving volumes
  • Currently offering conventional mechanical ventilation and bubble CPAP
  • Growing team of 5 providers, with strong physician and NNP support

Compensation

  • Base Pay: $290,000 - $320,000
  • Additional bonus and incentives may apply

Shift & Schedule

  • Fully in-house model - no call from home
  • Approximately 7 shifts per month, with 20+ days off per month
  • Regular full-time is classified as team members who are consistently scheduled and work 30 hours or more on a weekly basis

Requirements

  • BE/BC in Neonatology (board licensing and certification costs covered by Pediatrix)
