Responsibilities

• Cover Level II NICU and newborn nursery.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care for premature and critically ill newborns in the Level II NICU.
• Provide family-centered care and support parents during their newborn's NICU stay, fostering strong communication and collaboration.
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
• Participate in clinical research projects aimed at advancing neonatal care.
