This role involves working in a Level III NICU with a significant daily census and VLBW admissions. The position offers an opportunity to provide high-quality neonatal care within a collaborative environment, supported by various pediatric subspecialties.

- Join a well-established practice at Good Samaritan Hospital in San Jose, CA
- Level III NICU with an average daily census of 18 - 20 and 40 - 50 VLBW admits per year
- Two neonatologists in the NICU during the day
- Good pediatric subspecialty support including pediatric surgery, affiliated with Maternal-Fetal Medicine Specialists and Ob Hospitalists
- Services provided include high frequency ventilation, body cooling, and iNO
- Active maternal and neonatal transport program
Compensation
- Base compensation is $325,000 - $405,000 with bonus potential
