Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking a Neonatologist to join their experienced 4-physician team at Northwest Medical Center, an HCA Healthcare facility in Margate, Florida. Practice Info
- Level III NICU with 17 beds and an ADC of 12
- Approximately 2,000 annual deliveries
- Care for infants as young as 22 weeks gestation
- Diverse patient population with a mix of Level III and lower-acuity infants
- Advanced neonatal therapies including Therapeutic Hypothermia (Cooling), High-Frequency Jet Ventilation (HFJV), and High-Frequency Oscillatory Ventilation (HFOV)
- Highly experienced and exceptionally supportive nursing staff
Responsibilities
- Attendance at high-risk deliveries and routine C-sections
- Active involvement in quality improvement initiatives
- Partnership with the Florida Perinatal Quality Collaborative (FPQC)
- Teaching opportunities through PA student rotations
