Per Diem Neonatologist – Marion, IN
Requirements:
- Level 2 NICU with NBN
- Rounding with 24‑hour call from hotel
- September dates and ongoing with holiday coverage (8am 12/19 – 8am 12/27)
- Board certified
- Active IN license or IMLC required
- Minimum 1 year experience
Compensation and Benefits:
- Pediatrix covers per diem staff travel expenses (round‑trip flight, rental car or mileage, and lodging) for those residing outside a commutable distance. Position is W‑2.

- Per diem team members are not eligible for PTO, company holidays, or other compensation.
