Position Overview
We are seeking a per diem, experienced, Board Certified neonatologist to join our outstanding group of neonatologists and neonatal nurse practitioners at our Macon, Georgia practice.
Practice and Clinical Features
- 66-bed, state-of-the-art, Level-III NICU
- Services include high-frequency ventilation, nitric oxide, and brain cooling
- Readily available subspecialty support
- Exceptional coverage by experienced NNPs
- Atrium Health Navicent is a designated Level-I trauma center and one of six designated perinatal/neonatal regional centers in Georgia
- Opened new 50,000 square foot neonatal intensive care unit: Beverly Knight Olson Children’s Hospital in the first quarter of 2019
- Shifts are 24 hours rounding plus call from home/hotel
Qualifications
- Board Certification in Neonatology with recent experience required
- GA license or active IMLC required
