Role:
Neonatologist
Responsibilities
- Provide expert neonatal care in a Level III NICU within a regional perinatal center
- Manage an average of 13 patients daily, supporting approximately 400+ NICU admissions annually
- Utilize advanced therapies such as HFOV, inhaled nitric oxide, and therapeutic hypothermia
- Participate in a collaborative team of seven physicians, contributing to program development and leadership
- Offer flexible scheduling with a combination of in-house coverage, day shifts, and home call
- Engage in teaching and mentoring residents and students to foster a culture of learning
Qualifications & Skills
- Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Neonatology
- Strong clinical skills in neonatal intensive care and familiarity with advanced therapies
- Commitment to collaboration, mentorship, and continuous learning
- Ability to contribute to program growth and leadership within a multidisciplinary team
