Pediatrix Medical Group seeks an experienced, Board Certified Neonatologist to provide per diem coverage at Winnie Palmer Hospital in Orlando, Florida. The hospital’s NICU offers:Well-established and respected practice cares for 1,900 babies annuallyState-of-the-art, 142-bed, Level-IV NICUSister hospital, Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children, provides the NICU with full-service pediatric and surgical subspecialty servicesNICU is supported by RN/RT teams for the delivery room and transports and PICC lines are managed by a team of RNsWinnie Palmer’s Fetal Care Center attracts a variety of fascinating fetal and neonatal cases with EXIT procedure capability and includes a Women’s Intensive Care UnitAt the forefront of our practice is solid leadership, excellence in every aspect of our work and a genuine desire to "take great care of the patient"Team of 25 neonatologists and 7 NNPsA Neonatal Fellowship site, established in 2022Shifts are 12 hours in house About Winnie Palmer Hospital for Women and Babies:350-bed facility and the busiest labor and delivery unit in the state of FloridaApproximately 15,000 annual deliveriesLevel-IV 142-bed NICU Named an ECMO Center of Excellence, one of only 4 in FloridaOne of the most technologically advanced and largest NICUs in the nationNamed a "Best Children's Hospital" in neonatology by US News & World ReportThe hospital boasts many other national and international accolades for excellence
