Hackensack Meridian Health (HMH) presents an exceptional opportunity for a skilled and compassionate BC/BE Neonatologist to join our esteemed Faculty Practice at K. Hovnanian Children’s Hospital at Jersey Shore University Medical Center, a state-designated Regional Perinatal Center.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clinical Excellence: Deliver comprehensive medical evaluation and treatment for the most critically ill and premature infants. Attend high-risk deliveries and perform antenatal consultations.
  • Educational Leadership: Actively train and mentor medical students and residents, contributing directly to our academic programs.
  • Team Collaboration: Partner with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans, and engage in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
  • Family-Centered Care: Maintain clear, compassionate communication and provide essential education and support to patients and their families.

Qualifications

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neonatology.
  • Hold or be eligible for an active medical license in the State of New Jersey.
  • Current NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification.

Benefits & Compensation

Minimum base salary: $233,416. This figure is a reasonable good‑faith estimate of the minimum base pay for this role. Final compensation will be discussed during the interview process.
