Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive medical care to neonates in a Level IV NICU
- Manage critically ill newborns, including ventilator management and advanced procedures
- Collaborate with obstetrics, pediatrics, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care
- Engage in clinical documentation, quality improvement, and patient safety initiatives
- Provide education and support to families
- Participate in call rotation and NICU coverage schedule
