• Work at Miller Children's and Women's Hospital, a premier Regional Level IV NICU.
• The NICU has an average daily census of 55 and approximately 1,400 patient admissions annually.
• Supported by Maternal-Fetal Medicine physicians, Ob Hospitalists, and a full range of on-site pediatric medical and surgical subspecialties, including a renowned pediatric cardiovascular program.
• Services include maternal and neonatal transport, whole body cooling, iNO, Palliative Care Program, telemedicine, and a Small Baby Unit.
• The NICU is integrated with the residency and fellowship programs of the University of California Irvine and Children's Hospital of Orange County.

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in a robust CQI program.

Compensation

• Base compensation is $240,000 - $375,000 with bonus potential.
