Saint Luke's Health System in Kansas City, Missouri, is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible neonatologist to join their team of neonatologists and neonatal nurse practitioners. This role involves providing in-house coverage across three NICUs, including a regional perinatal referral center. The position offers an opportunity to contribute to comprehensive neonatal care with advanced ventilator support and active involvement in QI initiatives.

- Three NICUs: a 49-bed Level-IIIB NICU (main unit), a 15-bed Level-IIIA NICU, and one growing Level-II NICU
- Main unit offers iNO, HFOV and HFJV, therapeutic hypothermia, and a highly successful ELGAN program caring for infants as young as 22 weeks gestation
- Over 450 annual admissions and an ADC of 30 at the main unit
- Robust telehealth supports out-of-house coverage sites and regional delivery service
