Pediatrix Neonatology of Houston, an affiliate of Pediatrix Medical Group, is seeking an outstanding Neonatologist to join their growing practice at HCA Houston Healthcare Kingwood Hospital. This role offers the opportunity to be part of a stable, collaborative, and cohesive group of Neonatologists and NNPs in a 24-bed Level III NICU. The position includes leadership, policy development, mentoring, education, and quality improvement opportunities, supported by a strong APRN-led leadership team and an active research program.

- 24-bed Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)
- Average daily census of 13 babies
- Over 1,900 deliveries per year; 300 NICU admissions per year
- 24/7 NNP coverage with on-call neonatologist at night
- Multidisciplinary team approach in managing clinical care
- Active research program involved in multiple active clinical trials and multi-site collaborations
