Practice Info
- Practice located at Hurley Children's Hospital in Flint, Michigan.
- 44-bed Level III NICU with an average daily census of approximately 30 patients.
- A regional referral center offering a full range of pediatric sub-specialties.
- Residency programs (OB, pediatrics, family medicine) rotate through the facility.
- 24/7 in-house pediatric residents.
- Close working relationship with the University of Michigan and Wayne State, participating in VON with impressive quality metric comparisons.
Responsibilities
- Attending high-risk deliveries.
- Assessing critically ill neonates.
- Administering comprehensive patient care.
Compensation
- Pediatrix does cover your travel expenses (round trip flight/rental car or mileage and lodging) for those who reside outside a commutable distance from the practice.
- We also cover your malpractice insurance for this W-2 per diem position.

Requirements
- Active MI license or IMLC license preferred.
- Board Certification in Neonatology required.
- A minimum of 1-year post-fellowship clinical experience required.
- Recent Neonatologist experience required (within the past 12 months).
