Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking a dedicated Neonatologist to join their collaborative team at Golisano Children's Hospital in Fort Myers, Florida. This opportunity involves providing care in a 70-bed, Level III NICU, supporting a health system with 7,000 annual deliveries, and participating in a robust quality improvement program. Practice Info
- Work at Golisano Children's Hospital in Fort Myers, Florida, a state-of-the-art facility and the region's only stand-alone children's hospital.
- Provide care in a 70-bed, Level III NICU.
- Support a health system with 7,000 annual deliveries across two hospitals.
- Join a team of 10 neonatologists and 10 NNPs, with 24/7 in-house NNP coverage and in-house call.
- Access to all pediatric subspecialties (except cardiovascular surgery and ECMO).
- Embrace a developmentally sensitive, family-focused care model.
Responsibilities
- Provide care in the Level III NICU.
- Support Level I well-baby care at Cape Coral Hospital.
- Participate in a robust quality improvement program.
