Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (Per Diem)

Per Diem NNP Opportunity in Knoxville, TN

We are seeking a neonatal nurse practitioner to join our practice of 9 neonatologists and 7 NNPs at East Tennessee Children’s Hospital in Knoxville, Tennessee on a per diem basis.

Responsibilities

• Care for babies in the NICU and Newborn Nursery in a busy 60‑bed Level‑III NICU.
• Support a unit with an average daily census of 50 and capacity for roughly 7,000 deliveries per year.
• Provide high‑frequency ventilation, nitric oxide therapy, and collaborate with pediatric subspecialty teams.
• Contribute to a well‑established practice environment.

Qualifications

• Current APRN national specialty certification in Neonatology.
• Master’s degree in nursing or related field.
• TN license or IMLC license required.
• Local candidates preferred.
