Overview
Per Diem Opportunity to join dynamic neonatology practice in Austin, TX.
Responsibilities
- Provide neonatal care to infants in Level I, II, III, and IV NICUs.
- Attend to patients in St. David’s Healthcare System and other hospitals in the Austin area.
- Perform medical services including HFOV, nitric oxide, and total body cooling.
- Assist with robust NICU surgical services and developmental follow up clinic.
- Collaborate with neonatologists, pediatricians, and other nurse practitioners.
Employment Details
- Flexible scheduling with 12- and 24-hour shifts.
- Level III and Level IV units staffed by in-house neonatologists.
- Strong MFM and pediatric sub-specialty support.
Qualifications
- Current APRN national specialty certification.
- Minimum master’s degree.
- Active Texas license or compact state license.
