Pediatrix is seeking a BC Neonatal Hospitalist to become an integral part of our collaborative NICU team at Mary Bridge Children's Hospital , attached to Tacoma General Hospital, a premier Level III/IV facility serving a diverse and growing community.

Qualifications:
- BC Pediatrics with prior hospitalist experience preferred but not required.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Pay Range (Base Pay): $210,000–$240,000
- Other Types of Pay: Bonus potential

A lump‑sum grant will then be provided on January 1 in each subsequent year as long as the team member remains eligible. Unused sick leave granted under this policy does not carry over from one year to the following year. (Note: The Company will not pay team members for unused sick leave upon termination of employment.)
