Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking a dedicated Neonatal Hospitalist to join their established neonatal team at Johnston-Willis Hospital in Richmond, Virginia. This role involves providing high-quality care across the NICU and Newborn Nursery, collaborating with experienced neonatologists and neonatal nurse practitioners. - Approximately 1,700 annual deliveries

Responsibilities
- Attend high-risk deliveries
- Provide neonatal resuscitation and stabilization
- Diagnose and manage newborn medical conditions
- Care for premature and medically complex infants in conjunction with the Neonatologists
- Partner with multidisciplinary teams to ensure exceptional patient outcomes
- Newborn airway management including intubation
- Umbilical arterial and venous catheter placement

Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
- Experience in neonatal care preferred
