This role involves providing coverage at Golisano Children's Hospital, a state-of-the-art facility with a 70-bed, Level-III NICU. The successful candidate will join a team of 10 neonatologists and 10 NNPs, contributing to a developmentally sensitive and family-centered unit.

- The health system has two facilities and 7000 deliveries per year
- Cape Coral Hospital provides a Level-I low-risk delivery service
- All subspecialty services available (except cardiovascular surgery and ECMO)
- 24-hour NNP coverage

Requirements
- Board Certification in Pediatrics with recent Neonatal experience required
- Active FL license or active IMLC required
