To support client-focused care, the remote Needs Assessment Coordinator will conduct screenings on potential client calls, complete necessary documentation and reports, and manage on-call admissions and referrals. Key responsibilities Conduct screenings on potential client calls and complete associated documentation Complete all required reports related to Needs Assessment and Referral Development Manage on-call admissions, referrals, and transportation needs during off-hours Required qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree in a Human Service field preferred Experience in a health or human services agency, preferably in a drug & alcohol setting Working knowledge of emotional, mental health, and drug & alcohol issues Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and safety Effective interpersonal skills and ability to work as a team player
