Job Title: Test Lead

Key Responsibilities & Essential Skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Test Lead in Banking projects
- Peripheral testing is a must; knowledge of Branch application is a plus
- Good knowledge of IT QA and functional testing
- Seasoned knowledge of SDLC, testing concepts, methodologies (waterfall, agile etc), metrics, automated testing frameworks and industry testing standards
- Define goals and measurement plans for software process performance in accordance with business objectives
- Solid experience in compiling and interpreting reports
- Extensive experience in system analysis, assessment, programming and troubleshooting of software applications
- Strong knowledge in HP ALM Quality Center, Confluence, JIRA
- Experience with testing tools: Git or Bitbucket, Maven, Postman, SoapUI or similar tools
- Experience working in Banking or Financial domain
