Providing compassionate psychiatric care remotely, the full-time or part-time Nebraska Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner will perform comprehensive assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with clinical peers to ensure high-quality patient outcomes. Key responsibilities Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments and create individualized treatment plans for various mental health conditions Utilize evidence-based protocols and responsible prescribing practices while delivering patient-centered care Collaborate with psychiatrists and clinical peers through consultations and case reviews to enhance patient care Required qualifications Active, unrestricted state-issued authority to practice as a PMHNP in at least one U.S. state Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and medication management skills Experience with electronic health record systems and comfort providing care remotely Commitment to evidence-based, compassionate patient care Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
