Key Responsibilities
- Follow all procedures as noted on control plans and process sheets for the Eddy Current, NDT machines and Tappers.
- Act properly and timely when out of control conditions or nonconforming product is detected.
- Effectively communicate job related information.
- Complete setups and changeovers as required for the Eddy Current, NDT machines and Tappers.
- Stage parts to allow for proper flow from one operation to the next.
- Maintain a clean safe, and organized work area.
- Perform all other duties as required.
- Understand process sheets used in production.
- Perform independently the setup and changeover processes for the Eddy Current, NDT machine and Tappers.
- Understand and follow internal quality policy and job-related procedures.
- Knowledge and use of measuring equipment used in production area.
- Operate the Eddy Current, NDT machine and Tapper to meet production requirements.
