Talent Acquisition ManagerNCSY, a program of the Orthodox Union, connects with Jewish teens through innovative, cutting-edge social and recreational programs to develop a positive Jewish identity. NCSY inspires Jewish teens through informal Jewish education, retreats, and summer programs. NCSY empowers teens through leadership development and guidance to become passionately committed leaders of the Jewish community and instruments for positive change and renewal.The Orthodox Union (OU) is one of the largest Orthodox Jewish organizations in the United States.

Founded in 1898, the OU supports a network of synagogues, youth programs, Jewish and Religious Zionist advocacy programs, programs for the disabled, localized religious study programs, and international units. The OU maintains a kosher certification service, whose circled U symbol,, is found on the labels of many kosher commercial and consumer food products.NCSY is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to build and lead the organization's national recruiting pipeline, identifying and securing the educators and leaders who will shape the next generation of Jewish teens. This role works closely with senior leadership to shape recruiting priorities and ensure that NCSY consistently identifies and secures high-impact talent.National Recruitment OwnershipLead full-cycle recruitment for national and regional positionsKeep a clear, up-to-date understanding of open roles, upcoming vacancies, and hiring needs related to organizational growth.Drive hiring timelines and ensure positions are filled efficientlyTake ownership of recruitment outcomes across NCSY.Talent Sourcing & Pipeline DevelopmentActively source candidates through networks, referrals, community relationships, and professional platformsBuild and maintain proactive recruiting pipelines for priority roles across NCSYMaintain visibility of emerging talent for upcoming open rolesDevelop long-term relationships with seminaries, yeshivos, campuses, and mission-aligned talent networksCultivate relationships with potential candidatesField-Based Recruiting & Relationship BuildingRepresent NCSY in recruiting spaces across the Jewish communityTravel regularly to build relationships and source talent in key communities and institutionsAttend conferences, recruiting events, and networking opportunitiesServe as an ambassador for NCSY's mission and professional opportunitiesTravel internationally as needed, including recruitment travel to IsraelRecruiting Partnerships & Channel ManagersDevelop and maintain recruiting relationships across key communities and institutionsCollaborate with part-time Channel Managers who support targeted sourcing within specific networks or geographic areasProvide Channel Managers with position information and candidate profiles, and integrate their outreach into the broader recruiting pipelineLeverage these partnerships to expand candidate flow while maintaining centralized ownership of recruiting progress and outcomesPartnership with Regional LeadershipPartner with Regional Directors to understand hiring needs and role requirementsGuide hiring managers through interview processes and candidate evaluationSupport disciplined, mission-aligned hiring decisionsCandidate Experience & Hiring Process ManagementEnsure candidates experience a professional and mission-aligned recruitment processManage communication, interviews, and offer stages across searchesMaintain consistent interview frameworks and evaluation toolsRecruitment Metrics & AccountabilityTrack and report key recruitment metrics, including:Maintain dashboards reflecting hiring progress across the organizationProvide leadership with regular visibility into pipeline strength, anticipated hiring needs, and emerging talent opportunitiesQualifications7–10 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experienceProven success in proactively sourcing and closing candidates in competitive hiring environmentsStrong networking, relationship-building, and candidate engagement skillsExperience managing multiple concurrent searchesWillingness to travel frequently for recruiting purposesFamiliarity with mission-driven or nonprofit organizations preferredSalary & Benefits:The salary range for this position is $115,000 - $130,000, commensurate with experience.Performance-Based Bonus: Additional bonus compensation tied to recruitment outcomes, including metrics such as percentage of open roles successfully filled, time-to-fill benchmarks, and pipeline development for priority roles.Health, Dental & Vision Insurance: The OU offers health insurance through an Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangement (ICHRA).
