Ncino Developer (Commercial Lending)The nCino Developer is responsible for maintaining and enhancing nCino capabilities supporting commercial lending workflows. This role requires strong hands-on development experience combined with solid Salesforce administrative skills, including configuration and data management. The position demands a deep understanding of commercial lending processes and how they are implemented within nCino.Principal Responsibilities:Maintain and enhance nCino functionality supporting commercial lending implementationsCollaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutionsEnsure data integrity, quality, and security across nCino and the Salesforce platformConfigure and customize nCino features to align with business needs and processesProvide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for nCino-related functionalityStay current with nCino and Salesforce releases, proactively identifying opportunities for optimization and improvementCreate and maintain documentation for nCino processes, configurations, and best practicesBuild and manage declarative automation (Flows, approval processes, assignment rules)Skills:Strong understanding of commercial lending processes and lifecycleDeep knowledge of nCino capabilities and functionalitySolid Salesforce administration expertise (roles, profiles, permissions, sharing model)Strong understanding of data management principles and best practicesExperience with Financial Services Cloud (FSC)Education and experience: Required: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering or related field.
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in nCino platform in addition to 5 -7years of Salesforce Admin/Dev experience Preferred: Advanced degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, ar a related field and experience working in the financial services industry.Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations: Required: nCino Certified System Administrator, nCino Developer Certification, Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA), Salesforce Platform Developer I Preferred: Salesforce Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Platform Developer II
