Issue resolution will often require software changes and testing.Will work closely with others as a team member in design, development and testing of legislative and operational changes to legacy system.Skill - Required / Desired - Amount - of ExperienceExperience developing/maintaining mainframe based tax management systems using COBOL including Install/1 system management - Required - 10 - YearsDevelopment experience with COBOL, EASYTRIEVE, MVS JCL, CICS, SQL and DB2 in a mainframe environment - Required - 10 - YearsExperience in Technical and Functional Requirements documentation - Required - 5 - YearsExtensive knowledge of techniques and methodologies relating to software quality assurance and testing through the full systems development lifecycle. - RequiredDatabases: VSAM, DB2, IMS - RequiredEnvironment: TSO/ISPF, z/OS, MVS, IMS, Windows - RequiredExperience with troubleshooting and debugging mainframe application.
