Position Overview

ConnectDotsSolution LLC is seeking an experienced Java / IBM Cúram Developer to support the North Carolina Families Accessing Services through Technology (NC FAST) program.

The selected candidate will provide application development, business and systems analysis, technical design, programming, and ongoing operations and maintenance support using Java, ReactJS, and IBM Cúram technologies.

This position requires onsite participation in Raleigh, NC and collaboration with senior technical consultants, project managers, and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain NC FAST applications using Java, ReactJS, and IBM Cúram.
• Support business and systems analysis, requirements development, application design, and programming.
• Participate in Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions and functional design discussions.
• Develop functional and detailed technical requirements and specifications.
• Support business workflow modeling, process improvement, and business reengineering using Cúram.
• Develop and maintain applications using Cúram Enterprise Framework components.
• Work with Cúram Intelligent Evidence Gathering (IEG2), Cúram Express Rules for Triage (CERT), and Cúram Evidence Framework.
• Support Oracle database integration, XML technologies, Subversion, and WebSphere.
• Troubleshoot application issues and support ongoing operations and maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with senior technical consultants on design and development issues.
• Serve as an onsite technical point of contact for development-related questions when assigned.
• Provide project status updates to the NC FAST Project Manager.
• Follow NC DHHS development standards, policies, and procedures.

Required Qualifications

• Experience developing and maintaining enterprise applications using Java.
• Hands-on experience with IBM Cúram development technologies and frameworks.
• Experience with ReactJS and web application development.
• Knowledge of Oracle databases and XML.
• Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into technical solutions.
• Experience with application design, coding, testing, and maintenance.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Cúram IEG2, CERT, and Evidence Framework.
• Experience with IBM WebSphere and Subversion.
• Experience supporting government health and human services systems.
• Familiarity with eligibility determination, benefits administration, or integrated case management systems.
• Experience facilitating JAD sessions and supporting business process reengineering.

Work Location and Relocation

This position requires 100% onsite work in Raleigh, NC 27699.

Candidates must be within commuting distance or willing to relocate at their own expense before the assignment begins.
