Blossom ABA Therapy is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to lead ethical, family‑centered ABA care. The BCBA will assess client needs, develop treatment plans, supervise direct‑care staff, monitor progress, and partner with caregivers and internal teams to support meaningful outcomes.
This role requires current BCBA certification, NC LBA, residence within 40 miles of NC, a master's degree in a related field, and experience supervising RBTs/BTs.
