National Virtual Oncology Nurse Navigator (Fully Remote)

• Provide virtual oncology nursing, triage, and navigation across all states.
• Work within an integrated Care Team with NPs, Medical Directors, and Social Workers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver symptom triage, patient education, and care coordination via phone, email, and video.
• Build trusting relationships and address social determinants of health.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing and active multi-state RN license required.
• 3+ years nursing experience with 2 in oncology; oncology certification preferred.
