National Sales Director – Build a Team | $150K+ Yr 1 + Residual Income
Pay: $95,000.00 - $375,000.00 per year

At Wholesale Payments, we’re looking for former card services–experienced sales leaders who can recruit, train, and lead teams nationwide. If you’ve succeeded in payments, credit card processing, or B2B sales – and you’re ready to scale a team and your income – this is your launchpad.

- Recruit, train, and lead high-performing sales reps
- Duplicate yourself by building and mentoring a team that produces
- Drive results through accountability, leadership, and hands‑on coaching
- Partner with proven leaders who will help you scale faster

Who You Are
- Proven success in merchant services, payment processing, or B2B sales
- Experience recruiting, training, and leading independent sales reps
- Self‑driven, coachable, and hungry to build something that lasts
- Based in or near Fort Worth, TX (or remote with 3+ years of merchant services leadership experience )
Compensation
$95,000–$175,000+ realistic first‑year earnings (Draw + Commission + Residuals)
