We’re partnered with a nation-wide, privately held restoration company that focuses heavily on large-loss commercial and multifamily reconstruction. This is not a hand-holding environment. You’ll be trusted to step in, take control, and execute.
This role is built for someone who understands reconstruction at a high level.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading large-loss reconstruction projects in the field from start to finish
- Building and managing schedules, budgets, and subcontractors
- Owning job profitability, change orders, and execution
- Ensuring quality, safety, and client satisfaction across complex jobs
