National Membership Engagement Director

Right To The City Alliance is seeking an Associate Director of Membership Engagement to oversee alliance-wide membership engagement, assemblies, and campaign strategy within the Organizing Department. You will supervise national staff, guide membership programming, and lead key events including elections and governance trainings.

This role emphasizes building a strong membership base, cross-team collaboration, and strategic alignment with the alliance’s long-term goals, including Homes For All,
