National Medical Director - MN

Driving clinical excellence and strategic growth, the full-time National Medical Director - MN will provide oversight and performance management for primary care physicians, collaborate with cross-functional leadership, and serve as the Medical Director for the Bluestone ACO in a hybrid work environment. Key responsibilities Provide direct oversight, mentoring, and performance management for primary care physicians and medical directors Serve as the Medical Director for the Bluestone ACO programs and align clinical strategy with organizational leadership Accountable for utilization outcomes and collaborate with leadership to enhance clinical outcomes and patient experience Required qualifications Medical Degree (MD or DO) Leadership experience in a clinical setting Knowledge and experience within primary care Ability to work independently with excellent time-management and organizational skills Advanced-level computer proficiency with email, word processing, spreadsheets, and databases
