National Medical Director, FL

To drive clinical excellence and strategic growth, the full-time National Medical Director in Florida will provide oversight and performance management for primary care physicians, collaborate with leadership on clinical strategies, and ensure optimal utilization outcomes while working in a hybrid environment with some travel required. Key responsibilities Provide direct oversight, mentoring, and performance management for primary care physicians and medical directors Serve as the Medical Director for the Bluestone ACO programs and partner closely with the VP of Clinical Practice Accountable for utilization outcomes and collaborate with leadership to identify continuous improvement opportunities Required qualifications Medical Degree (MD or DO) Leadership experience in a primary care setting Knowledge and experience within primary care Ability to work independently with excellent time-management and organizational skills Advanced-level computer proficiency with email, word processing, and spreadsheets
