Responsibilities
- Generating and Handling Traffic
- Handling phone calls and onsite traffic
- Qualifying Prospects
- Conducting Tours
- Facilitating on-site staff training
- Preparing lease documents
- Maintain thorough knowledge of the property and the comps in the market
- Achieve and exceed occupancy goals
- Perform various administrative tasks as needed
- Perform any other duties as assigned by your supervisor
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills demonstrating verbal and written expression, active listening and ability to maintain interpersonal relationships
- Ability to identify strengths and weaknesses of sales approaches
- Prioritization and organization of time and customers
- Willingness to work non-traditional hours
- Multi-family or student housing experience preferred
- Must have passion for sales, marketing and training
- Confidence, creativity and organizational skills
- A can-do attitude with the tenacity to get the job done, no matter what
- Must be proficient in social networking: TikTok, Instagram, X, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.
