National Health Systems Account Director

Bayer is seeking a National Account Director for Health Systems in the United States. This role drives sales and market growth within large healthcare systems, IDNs, and other organized customers, reporting to the Area Vice-President, Customer Engagement.

The incumbent will collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute strategy, coach RADs and AGMs, and lead initiatives to win new business in health systems, with travel required to hospitals and networks.
