National Field Director, Rare Disease Launch

Syneos Health is seeking a National Business Director to lead a high-performing field-based team and oversee all commercial field activity for a rare disease product launch.

You will partner with Training, Marketing, Market Access and Sales Operations to drive the commercial strategy, ensure compliant execution, and develop a culture of accountability and urgency toward launch goals. Travel up to 50% is required.
