National Director, Site of Care Strategy

Compass Pathways in the United States seeks a Director, National Site of Care to lead a team of Site of Care Account Leads. You will build relationships with Organized Care Groups, health systems, and interventional psychiatry clinics to drive early adoption of COMP360 therapy.

The role oversees field execution, readiness, and launches across the US, with ~60% travel. Reports to the Senior Director, Site of Care Marketing.
