National Director of JV Veterinary Operations

You will work as a trusted advisor to JV partners, driving execution and financial performance while preserving hospital autonomy and local culture.

The role requires 80% nationwide travel, strategic oversight of profitability and growth, and collaboration with executives to implement rapid improvements across the portfolio.
