National Account Director

To manage relationships with Emisar, Optum Rx, and United Healthcare, the full-time National Account Director will execute market access strategies, establish key relationships with decision-makers, and ensure appropriate access for Jazz's portfolio of products in a remote/home-based environment. Key responsibilities Execute market access strategies to secure coverage and reimbursement for Jazz products within target accounts Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers to influence policies and facilitate access to products Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address access challenges and optimize reimbursement support services Required qualifications At least 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry, with 4 years in a National Account Manager role Minimum of 2 years in a direct management or team leadership position Proven ability to build a network of relationships within targeted accounts Strong understanding of healthcare payers, formulary development, and reimbursement issues Demonstrated proficiency in business acumen, critical thinking, and effective communication
