Advance DirectorThe Nathan Johnson campaign for Texas Attorney General is hiring an Advance Director. The Advance Director is responsible for overseeing the development and execution of public events organized by the campaign. The position is full-time, based in Austin, Texas, and will involve extensive travel around the state.Responsibilities:Collaborate with senior leadership to plan, coordinate, and execute all public events, including but not limited to town halls, rallies, press conferences, and roundtablesIdentify and form relationships with regional political leadership across the statePartner with internal teams to promote events and maximize attendanceEnsure all events deliver a professional and engaging experience for supporters and stakeholdersSupervise and guide staff and volunteer support at eventsOther campaign needs as requiredRequirements:At least one cycle of campaign event experienced required, preferably in TexasMust have access to a personal vehicleWillingness to work irregular hours including some nights and weekendsStrong written and verbal communication skills
