Campaign ManagerTouchStone is seeking a highly organized, mission-driven Campaign Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of a ballot access campaign in Michigan. This temporary, full-time position will lead on-the-ground execution of our signature gathering strategy, collect signatures themselves, and manage a team of canvassers and support staff, and ensure programmatic goals are met with efficiency and integrity.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and daily management of canvassing staffLead daily briefing and debriefing of field teams and troubleshoot field challengesTrack canvasser performance, manage turf assignments, and ensure data qualityCollaborate with senior leadership on campaign strategy, reporting, and progressEnsure adherence to all legal and safety protocolsImplement accountability systems to support productivity and moraleCoordinate and serve as the point of contact for the candidateQualificationsCandidate must be based in Michigan3+ years of campaign, field, or organizing experience (supervisory experience strongly preferred)Excellent project management and leadership skillsHigh level of comfort with voter contact software, data entry, and reporting tools (NGP-VAN, PDI, TouchStone)Experience managing diverse teams in high-paced environmentsStrong interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication abilitiesAbility to work independently and adapt quickly to program changesAdditional DetailsSchedule: Must be available for irregular campaign hours, including evenings and weekendsHousing/Travel Support: Temporary relocation support may be discussedTemporary Position: This is a full-time, temporary contract roleInterested candidates please email your resume and availability to interview to
