Your Role As a Store Manager
- Manage talent, inspire your team, and ensure every customer has a great experience. Provide personalized solutions for hair and beauty needs.
- Oversee store operations to meet or exceed sales goals, manage budgets, control expenses, grow sales, and handle inventory.
- Ensure safety and security rules are followed to protect customers, staff, and assets.
- Maintain a clean and attractive store appearance.
Qualifications To Be a Store Manager
- At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of sales management experience.
- Experience in operational, financial, and performance management.
- Cosmetology license is a plus but not required.
- Self-motivated with a desire to learn, develop, and educate.
- Must be 18 or older.
- Passion for hair and beauty.

Legal and Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally on a ladder.
- May be exposed to fumes, odors, and irritant chemicals.
