- Encourage residents to socialize and engage with each other to keep their spirits healthy.
- Create a safe environment where residents can thrive.
- Take care of a resident's personal hygiene.
- Set up meal trays and document food/fluid intake.
- Make beds & keep the residents' space clean and tidy.
- Serve meals & help patients eat their food.
- Measure vital signs like blood pressure & temperature.
- Help patients to bath & use the bathroom.
