Produces ongoing line efficiency through timing of customer loads against maximizing process tank usage. Understands and is proficient in the operation of all tank procedures, process tank temperatures, running charts for # 1 & # 2 anodize tanks, special running instructions, proper rinse procedures, seal times and tanks for different finishes.
Maintains required paperwork and process logs. Cleans anodize and etch tanks in his/her charge per specified schedule. Responsible for proper care, safe and proper use of all tools, equipment and material used in the performance of required duties.
Reports any unsafe conditions or equipment to Supervisor. Keeps work area clean. Performs other functions in the department, such as racking, un-racking, and oven operation.
