Duration: Approximately 2 months initially, with FTE conversion expected

Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented financial services professional to support shareholder and client account services for a leading financial services organization.
In this role, you will assist clients and shareholders with account-related inquiries and financial transactions while ensuring accuracy, timely processing, and excellent customer service. This position is ideal for candidates with previous banking, financial services, investment, or related account operations experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Process new account setup, purchases, redemptions, exchanges, and account maintenance requests.
- Handle telephone inquiries from institutional and retail shareholders regarding accounts, transactions, balances, fund information, and related requests.
- Process account and financial transaction changes in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.
- Review and process requests while meeting critical deadlines and maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Calculate and process share transactions and verify transaction details.
- Determine and process applicable dividend distribution amounts.
- Reconcile account balances and identify discrepancies.
- Provide timely communication regarding transaction activity to internal and external clients.
- Serve as a point of contact for client and shareholder inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records and follow applicable regulatory and departmental guidelines.
- Support a culture of continuous improvement, risk awareness, and employee engagement.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in banking, financial services, investment services, or a related financial environment is required.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to handle financial transactions and sensitive account information accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to interpret and apply policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
- Strong mathematical and computer skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently while following established procedures.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Schedule & Training
- Approximately 8 weeks of training.
- Training will be fully onsite, Monday through Friday.
- Training hours will generally be 8:00 AM–4:30 PM or 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
- Training includes two 15-minute breaks and a 30-minute lunch.
- After successful completion of training, the position will transition to a hybrid schedule with 3 days onsite per week.
- Multiple shifts may be available, including:
- 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
- 9:30 AM–6:00 PM
- 10:30 AM–7:00 PM
- Overtime may be available on an optional basis.
Contract-to-Hire Opportunity
This is an approximately 2-month W2 contract position with FTE conversion expected based on performance, business needs, and successful completion of the assignment.
Candidates must be comfortable with the fully onsite training requirement, the post-training hybrid schedule, and flexibility across available shifts.
